In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b55bmw" or "we" or "us" refers to the operator of the b55bmw platform accessible at b55bmw.cam and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the b55bmw website, its mobile browser interface, all game content, payment processing systems, and any other features or tools made available by b55bmw to registered users.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers for or uses an account on the b55bmw Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account through which a Player accesses the b55bmw Platform and conducts gaming and financial transactions.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using approved payment methods and held in the Player's b55bmw wallet for gameplay and withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free-play amounts credited to a Player's account by b55bmw, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity verification process required by b55bmw pursuant to applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all b55bmw transactions are denominated.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature of b55bmw — including browsing games, making deposits, claiming bonuses, or participating in live casino activities — you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b55bmw. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Age Requirement

Use of the b55bmw Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is consistent with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online casino-style gambling. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Registration Requirements

To register an account with b55bmw, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the b55bmw Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of purpose — constitutes a breach of these Terms. b55bmw reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with the same individual, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

Geographic Restrictions

b55bmw is operated for and directed at players within the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the b55bmw Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. b55bmw makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

b55bmw is required under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of its players. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal from the Platform.

To complete KYC verification, you must submit a clear, unaltered image of one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Voter's ID or Voter's Certification
• Philippine Postal ID

b55bmw may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or a selfie with the presented identification document. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by b55bmw may result in account suspension and/or the delay or denial of withdrawal requests.

All KYC documents submitted to b55bmw are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits

b55bmw accepts deposits exclusively through the approved payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. b55bmw does not charge fees on GCash and Maya transactions; however, processing fees applied by third-party payment providers remain the Player's responsibility.

All deposits are denominated and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). b55bmw does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted at b55bmw's discretion, subject to additional verification.

KYC-verified Players can expect GCash and Maya withdrawals to be processed within 5–60 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. b55bmw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

b55bmw reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification of any withdrawal request without prior notice. In cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns are identified, b55bmw may temporarily hold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

Refund Policy

Once a deposit has been credited to a Player's b55bmw account and used in gameplay, it is non-refundable. Unplayed deposits — i.e., funds that have been deposited but not wagered — may be refunded to the original deposit method upon request, subject to identity verification and an administrative review period.

b55bmw may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry timeframe are set out in each individual promotion's terms and are binding once a bonus is activated.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• b55bmw reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error affecting the promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible account holder. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all relevant bonuses forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.
• b55bmw's decision on all bonus and promotion-related matters is final and binding.

For the avoidance of doubt, b55bmw's general bonus terms are supplemented by promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer on the Platform.

Each game available on the b55bmw Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules.

All random number generator (RNG) games on b55bmw are certified by independent testing laboratories. Certified return-to-player (RTP) figures are published within each game's information panel. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and wheels operated by professionally trained dealers in licensed studios.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a gaming session, b55bmw's system logs will be used as the authoritative record of game outcomes. b55bmw is not responsible for losses or missed winnings resulting from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions on the Player's side.

b55bmw reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has demonstrably affected the integrity of the outcome. Where funds have been incorrectly credited due to a system error, b55bmw reserves the right to recover those funds from the Player's account without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b55bmw Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Employing software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other Players to exploit game mechanics, bonus systems, or any other feature of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to b55bmw.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing payment transactions without prior written notification to b55bmw.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward b55bmw staff or other Players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or security systems.

b55bmw reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where b55bmw reasonably believes that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering purposes.
• A regulatory authority has directed b55bmw to suspend or close the account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to b55bmw's regulatory compliance or platform integrity.

Players may also voluntarily close their b55bmw account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon voluntary account closure.

Players who have opted for self-exclusion through b55bmw's Responsible Gaming tools may not re-register during the self-exclusion period.

b55bmw is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and operates player protection tools in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. All Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the responsible gaming resources available on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all b55bmw account holders and may be activated from the account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your b55bmw account.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum tolerable loss per session, per day, per week, or per month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Voluntarily suspend your b55bmw account for a period of 24 hours to six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your b55bmw account on the basis that gaming has become problematic. b55bmw will honour self-exclusion requests in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.

b55bmw will not reverse or override a self-exclusion at the Player's request during the active exclusion period. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will have the new account immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, b55bmw's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b55bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if b55bmw has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b55bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability. b55bmw will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit b55bmw's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by b55bmw's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the b55bmw Platform — including but not limited to the b55bmw name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game graphics and interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the property of b55bmw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content.
• Use b55bmw's trademarks, trade names, logos, or other proprietary identifiers without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of b55bmw's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

b55bmw collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with b55bmw, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for purposes including account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

b55bmw does not sell or share personal data with third parties for direct marketing purposes without explicit Player consent. Data shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities is shared solely to the extent necessary to fulfil b55bmw's legal and operational obligations.

b55bmw reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, b55bmw will endeavour to notify active Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the b55bmw Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9.

b55bmw may also update individual game rules, bonus terms, payment methods, and other operational policies without amending these general Terms, provided that material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players with reasonable notice.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the b55bmw Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform, Players are encouraged to contact b55bmw's customer support team in the first instance. b55bmw is committed to resolving disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. Most Player concerns are resolved through direct communication with the support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

b55bmw's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, KYC compliance, account security, and responsible gaming is final, subject only to the resolution processes described above.

b55bmw will never initiate contact with Players to request password information, financial account credentials, or one-time passwords. Communications purporting to be from b55bmw that request such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
